SD Edu Global Bandung adalah sekolah dasar swasta yang berlokasi di Jl. Citarum No. 35, Bandung Wetan, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Sekolah ini menekankan pendidikan berkualitas tinggi dengan pendekatan global, yang menggabungkan pencapaian akademik dan pengembangan karakter siswa.SD Edu Global secara rutin mengadakan kegiatan open house setiap bulan, biasanya pada hari Sabtu. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan sekolah kepada masyarakat, khususnya calon peserta didik dan orang tua.

Melalui kegiatan open house, pengunjung dapat mengenal lebih dekat lingkungan belajar, sistem pendidikan, serta nilai-nilai yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Orang tua dan anak diajak berkeliling sekolah untuk melihat berbagai fasilitas, seperti ruang kelas, perpustakaan, aula, lapangan, mushola, dan area bermain.Selain itu, pihak sekolah juga memberikan penjelasan mengenai kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, program unggulan, serta berbagai kegiatan pendukung yang dirancang untuk mengembangkan potensi akademik dan karakter siswa.

Kegiatan ini juga menjadi momen penting untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf pengajar. Orang tua dapat bertanya mengenai sistem pembelajaran, jadwal kegiatan, hingga pembinaan karakter dan kedisiplinan siswa, sehingga memperoleh gambaran yang lebih jelas sebelum menentukan pilihan sekolah.Bagi anak-anak, open house memberikan pengalaman awal yang menyenangkan sekaligus membantu mereka merasa lebih nyaman dengan lingkungan sekolah. Berbagai aktivitas menarik seperti fun learning, art, robotics, dan penampilan siswa turut dihadirkan untuk menciptakan suasana yang ramah dan interaktif.

Adapun rangkaian kegiatan yang diikuti peserta dalam open house di SD Edu Global Bandung antara lain:

- Pertama, kegiatan diawali dengan ice breaking di area playground. Peserta saling berkenalan dan mengikuti senam bersama untuk menciptakan suasana yang akrab dan menyenangkan.

- Kedua, peserta mengikuti sesi fun learning di dalam kelas. Pada sesi ini, anak-anak belajar sambil bermain melalui berbagai aktivitas seperti permainan bahasa Inggris, tebak gambar, dan latihan motorik.

- Ketiga, peserta mengikuti kelas art. Dalam kegiatan ini, anak-anak diberikan kaos dan alat lukis,kemudian diminta untuk mengekspresikan kreativitas mereka dengan melukis gambar bebas, seperti mobil, bunga, pohon, atau pelangi. Hasil karya tersebut kemudian dapat dibawa pulang sebagai kenang-kenangan.

- Keempat, peserta mengikuti kelas robotics yang dipandu oleh coach. Anak-anak belajar menyusun berbagai bentuk seperti robot, pesawat, dan mobil menggunakan lego. Kegiatan ini menjadi salah satu sesi favorit karena bersifat edukatif sekaligus menyenangkan, dan sekaligus menjadi penutup rangkaian open house.

 Kegiatan open house di SD Edu Global Bandung menjadi sarana yang efektif bagi orang tua dan anak untuk mengenal lebih dekat lingkungan sekolah. Melalui pengalaman yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dalam memilih pendidikan terbaik serta menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri anak dalam memasuki dunia sekolah.

"Menyekolahkan anak di EGS itu keputusan kami yg paling tepat dan sesuai dgn visi parenting kami. Kurikulum EGS tidak hanya fokus pada akademik tapi juga talent dan pemahaman agama anak. Metode belajar project based learning membuat anak mampu untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif dan mengasah kemampuan kolaborasi. Assembly di akhir tahun juga membuat anak"dapat berkolaborasi dengan semua grade di sekolah. Hal ini membuat sekolah menjadi lingkungan yg hangat dan nyaman buat anak mengeksplorasi diri. Program keputrian juga selalu diisi dengan aktivitas seru cooking class, crafting dan pengetahuan anak soal merawat diri dan persiapan menghadapi pubertas. Komunikasi orang tua dan sekolah juga terjalin dengan baik, komite sekolah (parents club) berperan positif untuk kemajuan siswa. Ga ada biaya ini itu selama semester karena sudah tercover dengan uang tahunan. Mulai dari alat bahan project, keputrian dan kegiatan lain. Menurut kami nyekolahin anak di EGS ITU NO DRAMA, anak happy parents happy. "
