During the English subject sessions in Grade 3 and 4, students experienced an engaging and meaningful learning process through the station rotation method. This approach reflects our school’s commitment to active learning, student-centered instruction, and joyful classrooms. By rotating through different learning stations in small groups, students stayed motivated while developing important values such as responsibility, cooperation, and respect for others.
In the topic Directions and Public Places, students learned to use English in real-life contexts. Through interactive games, map activities, and role-play, students practiced giving directions and describing familiar places such as schools, parks, and hospitals. As a result, students improved their speaking and listening skills, built confidence in communication, and learned how English can be used meaningfully in everyday situations—supporting our school value of practical life skills.
For the topic Weather and Climate, students explored English vocabulary and simple expressions through visual aids, reading activities, and collaborative tasks. They learned to talk about weather conditions, seasons, and climate while working together at their own pace. By the end of the learning process, students showed growth in vocabulary mastery, teamwork, critical thinking, and independence. This station rotation model supports our school’s vision of nurturing confident learners, effective communicators, and lifelong learners in a supportive and engaging environment.
