Implementasi Teknologi dalam Pembelajaran di SD EDU Global Bandung

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar. SD EDU Global Bandung menjadi salah satu sekolah yang aktif mengimplementasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran guna menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan bermakna bagi peserta didik. Salah satu bentuk penerapan teknologi di SD EDU Global Bandung adalah pemanfaatan laboratorium komputer (labkom). Di ruang ini, siswa tidak hanya belajar teori, tetapi juga mempraktikkan langsung materi pembelajaran melalui perangkat komputer. Kegiatan belajar di labkom dirancang secara interaktif, sehingga siswa dapat mengeksplorasi berbagai aplikasi edukatif, latihan soal digital, serta media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Hal ini membantu siswa meningkatkan keterampilan literasi digital sejak dini serta melatih kemandirian dan rasa ingin tahu mereka.

Video pembelajaran juga menjadi media pendukung utama dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Guru menggunakan video yang disesuaikan dengan materi pelajaran untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep secara lebih konkret dan visual. Melalui tayangan video, siswa dapat melihat contoh nyata, animasi, serta penjelasan yang menarik, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih mudah dipahami dan tidak membosankan. Penggunaan video juga mampu meningkatkan fokus dan motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, SD EDU Global Bandung juga memanfaatkan smart TV sebagai sarana pembelajaran modern di dalam kelas. Smart TV digunakan untuk menampilkan materi pembelajaran digital, video edukatif, presentasi, hingga latihan interaktif. Dengan tampilan layar yang besar dan jelas, siswa dapat mengikuti pembelajaran secara bersama-sama dengan lebih nyaman. Guru pun lebih leluasa dalam menyampaikan materi secara variatif dan kreatif.

Untuk menjaga semangat dan konsentrasi siswa, guru menerapkan ice breaking interaktif melalui video. Kegiatan ini biasanya dilakukan di sela-sela pembelajaran, seperti gerak dan lagu, permainan singkat, atau kuis interaktif berbasis video. Ice breaking ini terbukti mampu mencairkan suasana kelas, mengurangi kejenuhan, serta mengembalikan fokus siswa agar siap melanjutkan pembelajaran dengan lebih antusias. Implementasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran di SD EDU Global Bandung menunjukkan komitmen sekolah dalam menghadirkan pendidikan yang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Melalui pembelajaran interaktif di labkom, penggunaan video pembelajaran, smart TV, serta ice breaking interaktif berbasis video, proses belajar menjadi lebih menarik, efektif, dan menyenangkan. Diharapkan, penerapan teknologi ini dapat mendukung perkembangan akademik dan keterampilan abad ke-21 pada siswa sejak dini.

"Menyekolahkan anak di EGS itu keputusan kami yg paling tepat dan sesuai dgn visi parenting kami. Kurikulum EGS tidak hanya fokus pada akademik tapi juga talent dan pemahaman agama anak. Metode belajar project based learning membuat anak mampu untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif dan mengasah kemampuan kolaborasi. Assembly di akhir tahun juga membuat anak"dapat berkolaborasi dengan semua grade di sekolah. Hal ini membuat sekolah menjadi lingkungan yg hangat dan nyaman buat anak mengeksplorasi diri. Program keputrian juga selalu diisi dengan aktivitas seru cooking class, crafting dan pengetahuan anak soal merawat diri dan persiapan menghadapi pubertas. Komunikasi orang tua dan sekolah juga terjalin dengan baik, komite sekolah (parents club) berperan positif untuk kemajuan siswa. Ga ada biaya ini itu selama semester karena sudah tercover dengan uang tahunan. Mulai dari alat bahan project, keputrian dan kegiatan lain. Menurut kami nyekolahin anak di EGS ITU NO DRAMA, anak happy parents happy. "
