PROGRAM KEPUTRIAN COOKING Mengasah Keterampilan Memasak melalui Pembuatan Pisang Coklat

Sekolah Dasar Edu Global Bandung kembali mengadakan program kreatif dan edukatif dalam kegiatan Keputrian Cooking. Program ini diikuti oleh peserta didik kelas 3 hingga kelas 6 pada setiap hari Jumat. Program Keputrian Cooking bertujuan untuk mengasah keterampilan memasak peserta didik dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan mendidik. Selain mengenalkan dasar-dasar memasak, kegiatan ini juga memiliki beberapa tujuan penting lainnya, seperti:

  • Meningkatkan kreativitas dan rasa percaya diri peserta didik. Dengan membuat makanan sendiri, peserta didik dapat lebih percaya diri terhadap kemampuan mereka.

  • Melatih kerjasama tim. Peserta didik dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok sehingga mereka belajar berkolaborasi dan bekerja sama dalam mempersiapkan bahan dan alat memasak.

  • Menjaga kebersihan dan disiplin. Dalam proses memasak, peserta didik diajarkan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kerja, serta mengikuti langkah-langkah memasak dengan tertib.

  • Pengembangan Motorik Halus: Proses memotong pisang dan melapisi dengan cokelat membantu peserta didik dalam melatih keterampilan motorik halus mereka.



Kegiatan memasak Pisang Cokelat ini diawali dengan pengenalan bahan dan alat-alat yang digunakan. Pisang sebagai bahan utama dipotong dan dilapisi cokelat cair, kemudian digoreng hingga matang. Proses yang mudah ini memungkinkan peserta didik untuk langsung terlibat dan merasakan keseruan memasak. Setelah itu, peserta didik diberi kesempatan untuk menghias hasil masakan mereka dengan topping coklat.

Selama kegiatan, terlihat antusiasme yang tinggi dari para peserta didik. Mereka sangat bersemangat dalam mengikuti setiap tahapan memasak, mulai dari menyiapkan bahan hingga menyantap hasil masakan mereka sendiri. Program ini juga mendapatkan apresiasi positif dari guru dan orang tua karena dapat menggabungkan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dengan praktik keterampilan hidup yang bermanfaat.

Program Keputrian Cooking: Memasak Pisang Cokelat ini berhasil menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan bagi peserta didik SD Edu Global Bandung. Dengan memadukan konsep memasak sederhana dengan edukasi gizi dan kerjasama, program ini mampu mendukung perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan keterampilan hidup peserta didik. Diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat terus diadakan sebagai bagian dari upaya sekolah untuk membentuk peserta didik yang kreatif, mandiri, dan sehat.
